The Koda Saddle is a long-distance saddle made to be female-focused but not women’s specific. Tested by Rebecca Rusch, the US endurance racer, Gravel World Champion, 24 Hour Solo MTB World Champion and MTB Hall of Famer, it’s the ultimate saddle for all-day comfort.
It features pressure relief in the perineal area, in the form of a wide channel dividing supportive outer zones, a swooped shape with a wide tail to brace against and a short, flat nose that won’t hinder on-off and can be perched on to generate power.
Its profile is contoured, so that it will lock the rider into a specific position when pedalling, while the padding and flex-tuned base achieve a middle ground between squashy and supportive, enabling most riders to enjoy pedalling for hours on end.
Finished with a microfibre cover that feels like leather but won’t interfere with the resiliency of the foam, this light saddle will work for riders with different styles and be your choice for XC, trail, enduro and bikepacking expeditions.
